Performance Audits on roof anchor systems and related equipment as well as inspection prior first use
Ref: Condominium Act – Section 44
Contrary to the Condominium Act requirement, this independent evaluation is often subcontracted to nonengineering
inspection companies whose reports are unacceptable by manufacturer/installer or Tarion Warranty
Corporation, leading to the corrective action cost coverage by a Corporation.
In addition, the commercial real estate sector recognizes the value of an independent performance audit. This
applies particularly to large-scale projects, where undetected suspended access equipment or systems deficiencies
incur substantial cost for repairs or unforeseen long-term maintenance costs.
